We didn’t build Rapid Search to impress VCs. (We’re still a proudly bootstrapped business.) We didn’t sit around whiteboards mapping exit strategies. Honestly, we just wanted to build a search solutions that slays.Some of us are merchants — we’ve run the stores, handled the support tickets, watched conversion rates spike and stall. And some of us are builders — app developers at heart who care way too much about milliseconds, UX flows, and clean code.
We engineered Rapid Search to work, finally — for the people who run stores, and the people who shop on them. We noticed that a lot of merchants spend months tweaking ads, emails, and themes —while completely ignoring the fact that people couldn’t even find the products they wanted to buy...in a very cool-looking store. It was a huge — and avoidable — waste of time and resources.

Been using this app since 2020 on our Shopify store and very happy with the search function - we have over 1000 items in stock so its important customers can drill down to find what they want. Even I use it to get to items quickly!

Great app with great features and lovely customer service people! I am mainly using this app for tag filtering- I have a lot of products - over 500 and counting and was able to use tags to create filters so people can find my products easier.
